Washing instructions Washing instructions

For printed products: to preserve the product and the print, hand washing in warm water with neutral soap is recommended. Remember not to hang out in direct sunlight and to iron on the contrary at a low temperature so as not to ruin the colors of the print.
For embroidered products: to preserve the embroidered product, we recommend washing it in the washing machine at no more than 40°. Do not tumble dry and iron inside out.

Spedizione deludente

Riguardo il prodotto che trovo di qualità ed anche ben fatto nulla da dire. Ma per ciò che concerne la spedizione, peraltro molto deludente, i tre prodotti acquistati sono stati spediti in una busta leggerissima nella quale era contenuta una scatola che è arrivata danneggiata e ammaccata nonostante sul sito, all’acquisto ci fosse scritto che la scatola monomarca era pronta per essere regalata. Nel caso mio l’ho dovuta buttare dovendo provvedere ad un nuovo pacchetto visto che dovevo regalarlo! Riguardo il secchiello da mare è stato imballato in modo inadeguato e anch’esso spedito nella busta leggera. Dato l’importo della spedizione mi aspettavo un’accortezza maggiore nell’imballaggio e non una busta così leggera.
